LESS is a service offered by LESS& Ltd. (“we” or “us”), an e-commerce business for refill and reuse products in the personal care and household care categories.
LESS& Ltd. is a private limited company registered in England & Wales (Company Number: 12768983), with a registered address at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, United Kingdom, WC1N 3AX.
These terms and conditions relate to the use of our service (LESS) and all its websites, which include www.thelesscompany.co.uk, www.movetoless.co.uk, www.movetoless.com, www.refillwithless.co.uk, and www.beatthesachet.org.
These terms and conditions, and how they are applied, will be the subject of English law, within the jurisdiction of English courts of law.

Accepting These Terms And Conditions
By using any of the websites listed above, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
Changes To Our Websites And Service
We update and change our websites and services periodically, as we expand and evolve our operations, and respond to our users’ preferences.
We may also have to suspend or even terminate the websites or services, and so we cannot guarantee they will always be available. We will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible for any such event but cannot be responsible for unplanned outages caused by external factors.
We may make changes to these terms from time to time, and the latest version will be posted on this page. You should check for any changes to these terms and conditions each time you use the websites.
For some of the sites, you are able to create accounts in order to purchase products.
When you create an account, you will create certain log in information, including your email address and a password of your choice. You must keep these details safe and not disclose them to a third party.
None of the sites share customer accounts, and so you will need to create separate accounts on each site you which to purchase from.
We are not responsible for other people accessing your account using your login information, and we reserve the right to disable your account temporarily or permanently if we suspect the account is being used inappropriately.
Please advise us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you believe your account is being used by someone else.
All intellectual property on the sites is either owned by us or licensed by us from a third party, and it is the subject of copyright protection.
You must not use any of the content on the website without our consent.
You can create a text link from your website to any of ours, provided it is legal and fair and not designed to damage our reputation. Neither should you seek to take commercial advantage from the content.
Third Party Websites
Where we provide links to other sites, this should be not be deemed to mean that we endorse or guarantee the information or content on those sites. We provide them for information only, and you should carry out your own due diligence on the accuracy of the information they contain.
We do not guarantee that the website is free from malware.
You are responsible for providing adequate protection against malware for your computer or device.
You must not knowingly install malware on the website.
You must not attempt to access (“hack”) the server on which the site resides unless authorised by us. We will report any breach of the Computer Misuse Act 1990 to relevant enforcement bodies.
The websites facilitate the conduct of the services we offer customers, which is the supply of household and personal care products to consumers based on refill and reuse.
Two of the sites allow users to create accounts in order to purchase products:
- www.movetoless.co.uk is for customers within a limited number of postcodes (the "local service areas"). On this site, customer can choose a subscribe & save service (called "We Fill"), where we deliver full bottles and collect the empties for washing and refilling; or the "You Fill" options, where they can buy bulk liquid and reusable bottles to refill at home. For both of these options, we will deliver the products in our our electric vans
- www.refillwithless.co.uk is a national service outside the "local service areas", where customers can buy "You Fill" options, which we ship using couriers
As we grow and extend our reach, we will expand the number of postcodes we deliver to with our own electric vans.
All products must be ordered online through the websites.
Products can only be ordered on the sites if the consumer creates an account.
The account creation process involves providing us with minimal personal information required to provide the service.
The specific privacy rules around this can be found in the Privacy Statement on this website.
Club memberships will in the future provide additional discounts on the published price.
Ordering products on the website is subject to the terms of conditions outlined on this page. If you purchase products on the website, the version of the terms and conditions to which that process is subject will be that which prevailed at time of the order.
If you place an order on the website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
For the We Fill service in the local service areas, you will be able to choose the date and time window that all products in the basket at checkout will be delivered, and the schedule on which the subscribe and save options will be replenished.
You are able to stop the subscription at any time within two days of your next delivery, and you can choose to restart the subscription on the same basis.
Your subscription options can be managed by signing into your account.
Products bought as part of the You Fill srvice will not be on a subscribe & save basis
Once you have placed the order, you will receive confirmation of your order and the payment.

The main price shown on the product pages is the price of the product you will pay, including VAT.
For subscribe & save products, the discounted price is shown.
We reserve the right to withdraw products at any time.
If we are unable to fulfill an order in part or in full, we will let you know by email or SMS (whichever channel you have chosen) and refund any money due (the full price of the product(s) less any discount applied at purchase).
We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the product images on the website are a fair and accurate representation of the product. However, images on-screen may not always precisely reflect the details of the physical product you receive.
Retained and Damaged Bottles
For the We Fill service, we understand that you will not always be able to use the whole of the product within the subscribe & save replenishment cycle and wish to retain the bottle. We are happy for you to keep the bottle until the following cycle.
If you retain the bottle beyond that period, we reserve the right to charge you for the bottle (the cost will depend on the size and type of bottle, but will not exceed £10 per bottle). If you subsequently make the bottle available for collection, we will reimburse 100% of that charge less a small administration fee.
All bottles receive an industrial clean before being used but because we reuse bottles many times, the bottle we deliver may not always be in pristine condition (e.g. scratches and dents). We ask that you accept this as a feature of the service and the desire to avoid single-use plastic.
However, if the product packaging is damaged to an extent that renders it unusable or dangerous, please let us know and we will arrange a replacement.
We understand that bottles will get damaged through your use. We will accept a small number of breakages and badly damaged bottles, but if this becomes a regular occurrence, we reserve the right to charge you for the damage or breakage.
We will only fulfill the order if we are able to take payment at checkout.
For subscribe & save purchases, our third-party payment provider, Stripe, will retain your credit card details in order to be able to take repeat payments.
Cancellations and Changes
The payment is made through our third-party provider, Stripe.
If you wish to cancel or change your order before delivery, you can do so up to 2 days before the scheduled delivery.
If you want to cancel the delivery after that date and up to the night before the delivery, please email us through the contact us page on the relevant purchase site, and we will stop the delivery and refund the payment.
Product Use and Safety
The products we sell and deliver are generally safe to use without any special considerations.
However, some products (such as hand sanitisers) may contain possible irritants.
Some products may also contain allergens. If these allergens exceed a threshold level as a percentage of the total volume of the product, they will be listed separately in the ingredients list on the bottle.
We recommend that you study the label to ensure you are aware of any warnings or allergens that apply to the product.
The label will also contain usage instructions (e.g., dosing for detergents), and we recommend that you adhere to this guidance.
